What does YNTP stand for?

YNTP stands for "You're Not the Problem"

The traditional job search wasn't designed with neurodivergent brains in mind. It assumes everyone thinks, communicates, and processes information the same way. That assumption leaves so many brilliant, capable people feeling broken, stuck, or like they're failing at something that should be simple.

We at YNTP Coaching are here to provide the tools and strategies for all people to tackle the job search with confidence, made to work with their brains.

Our Approach

We don't teach you to mask better. We won't tell you to "just be confident" or "fake it till you make it."

Instead, Em & Jules will help you build sustainable job searching strategies that work with your brain, and that will continue to assist you throughout your long-term career.

Whether you freeze in interviews, struggle with executive function, or just feel exhausted by traditional career advice, we get it because we've also experienced it. And we're here to help.
